GAME INFO

1. Who is it for?

  • Elementary and middle school students (approximately 8 to 15 years old) who need to reinforce mental math and basic arithmetic operations in a logical and structured way.
  • Adults and seniors looking for an effective cognitive workout to keep their minds sharp and practice numerical agility.
  • Teachers in need of a progressive digital tool for the math classroom with zero barriers to entry.

2. Number of players

  • 1 player (single-player solo mode).

3. What is it about?

It is an educational game that fuses traditional crossword puzzle mechanics with numerical challenges. The goal is to click and drag the numbers available at the bottom of the board to correctly complete interlocking horizontal and vertical equations, which are read from left to right and top to bottom. The game offers an excellent learning curve across its 23 levels: it starts with simple 5x5 grids focused on addition and subtraction with low numbers, and evolves into complex 9x9 panels featuring mixed operations (multiplication and division) and double-digit numbers. It includes a lightbulb icon for hints if you get stuck and navigation arrows to freely switch between completed levels.

4. What skills are developed?

  • Math - Mental Math: Intensive practice through the combination of the four fundamental operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Logical and deductive reasoning: Analyzing interconnected equations where the solution of one line conditions and reveals the answer to another.
  • Cognitive flexibility and problem-solving: The ability to perform reverse operations (deducing the components from the final result) and frustration management through the strategic use of hints.

5. How to make the most of it?

Thanks to its 23 levels of progressive difficulty, it is a perfect resource for implementing personalized learning in the classroom or at home, allowing each user to advance at their own pace. Since it requires no registration or user history, it works flawlessly as a quick-start activity on interactive whiteboards to activate logical thinking before a lesson, or as a daily cognitive maintenance challenge.

Level 94 of crossmath cannot be solved. Lower righthand corner answer shows that 28/10 = 2.

I have stopped play cross math. I don’t want to see Kamala Harris commercial while I want to play a game. In her commercial every time she opens her mouth she is lying. I know what her real record is not what she is lying about what she she say she supports now. No cross math now.
