Algebraic Language in Primary School
GAME INFO
Algebraic language is an area of mathematics that begins to be studied in secondary education, from the age of 11 or 12. However, it is interesting to introduce algebraic language and expressions to primary school children, and this interactive game with animals is ideal for this purpose. Instead of variables or unknowns such as X or Y, animal heads are used, which form simple equations with numbers up to 10, and the values of each animal have to be found out to solve the last algebra equation. In this way, algebra can be taught to primary school children, with this type of game with very simple symbolic equations.
