Magnets is an online game that involves moving the N magnet and the S magnet on the board, inducing movement through attraction and repulsion according to the magnets added above and to the right, until both come together and overlap. In reality, the north and south poles of a magnet cannot be separated, but this game represents the opposing forces of a magnet and helps to understand the forces generated by the north and south poles of a magnet. This game can be used to introduce classroom discussions about magnetism, magnets, polarity, what we find in nature, or what theoretical physics has to say about it.
