Who is it for?

This game is designed for preschool children (ages 4 and up), elementary school students, and adults. The ability to adjust the number of pieces scales the challenge across different stages of cognitive development. It is ideal for students training spatial vision, science teachers seeking a motivating resource, or adults aiming to maintain mental agility and focus through visual discrimination exercises.

Number of players.

Single-player (local gameplay).

What is it about?

The game involves solving 6 interactive puzzles featuring realistic images of dinosaurs. The user selects an image and sets the difficulty level by choosing the number of pieces: 16, 36, 64, or 100. The mechanics require dragging the pieces onto the board and clicking on them to rotate them in 45-degree increments until the original photograph is restored.

What skills are developed?

  • Spatial Vision and Orientation: Understanding rotation and how shapes fit together in a two-dimensional space.
  • Logical Reasoning and Attention: Analysis of patterns, textures, and colors to systematically connect parts to the whole.
  • Digital Fine Motor Skills: Hand-eye coordination enhanced through precise dragging, dropping, and clicking actions.
  • Cognitive Flexibility: Cognitive adaptation when scaling up the number of elements and overall complexity.

How to get the most out of it?

To maximize educational value, introduce a time-efficiency challenge: clock the time it takes to complete the 16-piece level, analyze the anatomical features of the dinosaur, and then attempt the 36-piece level to beat a proportional benchmark. In the classroom, teachers can use the completed image as a launchpad for students to research the species' geological era or diet.
