BASKETBALL BLOCKS: Basketball Blocks is an Arkanoid- or Breakout-style game with a basketball theme, in which you use the mouse to move the paddle and block the balls, sending them bouncing upward. Your goal is to destroy all the blocks, which represent the opposing team’s defenders. The ball moves at a constant speed (unless you collect slow-down power-ups, which make it easier to block the ball, or speed-up power-ups, which make it harder to follow its trajectory) and bounces off the walls according to the laws of physics governing reflection, exiting at the same angle it entered, as if it were a ray of light. Move the paddle to direct the ball as best you can to destroy the blocks; demonstrate your skill and reflexes, and anticipate the team’s movements.
